The main objective is to reach a new audience that knows nothing about Indian cuisine and become an educational brand for the Russian consumer.
Marketing support
Magnum Company, a supplier of Indian food products to Russia, approached us with a request to increase sales and brand awareness. During the work, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, and consumers, built a brand platform, defined the positioning, and developed a marketing strategy for the period. To date, the Smart Mir team has managed to conduct a brand relaunch, prepare a company brand book, and launch the first advertising campaigns.
The main objective is to reach a new audience that knows nothing about Indian cuisine and become an educational brand for the Russian consumer.
About the project
Magnum — Your India starts here. This is the company's new slogan. We chose the path of native promotion, telling stories about Indian food culture on our social media and sending products to bloggers for reviews. Our banners in the updated design attract the attention of the target audience online, while pleasant prices and vibrant product cards on marketplaces encourage purchases. The strategy we developed fully aligns with the business goals and is focused on fulfilling the company's mission: "We bring the best products from India to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the culture."
A strategy that reflects the brand's values.
After conducting the analysis, we concluded that a brand relaunch and a revamp of its visual communications were necessary for its representation in the digital space. Our team developed a condensed version of the brand book, including a library of visual elements and a brand mascot.
Trust-building visual communication
We arrived at the concept of a modern "dopamine" design for the brand's visual communications. We created:
Corporate colors inspired by the hues of traditional Indian spices
A font pair suitable for writing text of any purpose
A mascot to enhance loyalty
A library of visual elements based on traditional patterns
